I made this large travel solitaire from solid Teak. Its about 8” across. I cut it on a bandsaw circle cutter jig and then sliced it on the bandsaw. It was very tricky drilling the holes. i started with a 10 mm drill bit and then finished with a 1/2” round burr.
The marbles all fit into the lower tray and the two halves are held together by a bolt through the centre hole so it can be carried around without losing any thing.
