This was a paint quality project that required right and left units. Anything that has an angle like this increases the difficulty because there are no 2 things alike and this requires a lot more setups. And you need detailed drawings for all the components.

Is that you in the photo? Where does the other unit go? Is there access to both sides of the stairway?

Curious as to why you didnt make the dept of the draws the full width of the stair case width?

I’ve see cabinets under stairs before but they are typically built into the stairs….....if that make sense. I have never seen them built as a unit before and then slid into position. Very clever and yes, it takes a lot more measuring and attention to details.

This is pretty amazing. I would have built it in place and formed the drawers around those dimensions.

Your method is probably way better.
