The pattern for this clock comes from finescrollsaw.com. I cut in in 1/4” Mahogany. The scrolling was very enjoyable, the assembly and finishing was more difficult for me… I think I learned a lot and would like to do it again some day… but I don’t even know where I will put this one..

What a gorgeous clock Paul.
The scrolling is exquisite, very patient craftsmanship.

One of those brand new antique heirloom thingies, obviously. Beautiful.

I use spray Deft gloss lacquer, 6 or 7 coats. Thanks for the comment.

Very impressive, so may cuts. Looks like fine lace, but made from wood.

That is absolutely beautiful Paul.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.
