A repeat customer wants 6 horse stall signs.
I was texted the names and told make them my way.

The wood is all salvage.
Measures 12” by 17” for the main part. Top branch extends to 21”.

Pallet wood lightly torched and then spray poly coated. Letters are scrollsaw cut from salvage plywood.

Lettering and total design by T & E designs again.
A very fun project. Making the pegs for tack was just cutting a branch part to length and then using the disk sander to make a tenon. I then sawed the ends of them slightly and made oak wedges to spread them after inserting into angled holes.
I will not make much money on these; but, they are challenging and fun. The hanger is just rope that I have around the shop.

Cool sign Ralph. Perfect stall setting. The only horse I new was Mr. Ed, but I never got to talk to him.

This was just #1 of this set. I have made over a dozen for this customer before—no-2 ever alike.

These will also be all unique!

I even make all of the lettering individual for that sign.
The font is again a T & E design too. Sometimes changes as being cut; when I see something I did not like about it.

The projects I like best are the ones that require thinking out of the corral!

Nice work, sometimes it is good to see rustic and salvage wood, I wonder what the horses will think of all that, but that is another subject. Bravo.
