Small entryway bench

This is a small bench I made for our entry-way. First time that I’ve done a marquetry inlay on a curved surface. Marquetry was done with a combination of knife cutting and scroll saw. Utilized angled mortise and tenon for the joinery. Bench is made out of walnut with inlay of bubinga, mahogany, zebrawood and wenge.

Beautiful work on the marquetry. I like the curves on the top and what you did with the legs.

I can see the grand kids and great grand kits fighting over that for generations.
