All the beers come from Massachusetts or Connecticut. I checked, they all taste good.

Lil Heaven IPA, Two Roads, Stratford CT
Candlepin Am.PA, Castle Island, Norwood, MA
Shipping out of Boston, Amber Lager, Jack’s Abby, Framingham, MA
Cloud Candy, IPA, Mighty Squirrel, Waltham, MA
Fear & Patience, NE-D-IPA, Mayflower Brewing, Plymouth, MA
NITE heavy, American Lager, Night Shift Brewing, Everett, MA

The accessories turned into a circus. The long low box is a beer quote display. If you spin the wheel it will show you one of 12:

“We should look for someone to eat and drink with before looking for something to eat and drink.” – Epicurus

“Most people hate the taste of beer—to begin with. It is, however, a prejudice.” – Winston Churchill

“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it’s better to be thoroughly sure.” – Czech Proverb

“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” – Benjamin Franklin

“There is no such thing as a bad beer. It’s that some taste better than others.” – Bill Carter

“Beer may not solve your problems, but neither will water or milk.” – John Wayne

“A meal of bread, cheese, and beer constitutes the perfect food.” – Queen Elizabeth I

“Work is the curse of the drinking classes.” ― Oscar Wilde

“There are more old drunks than there are old doctors.” ― Willie Nelson

“Always do sober what you said you would do drunk. It will teach you to keep your mouth shut.” – Ernest Hemingway

“Give a man a beer, waste an hour. Teach a man to brew, and waste a lifetime!” ― Bill Owen

Spilling a beer is the adult equivalent to loosing a ballon. ― anonymous

AND it makes an obnoxious clacking noise just like on Wheel of Fortune.

The other thing is a beverage insulator. It is complete with an adjustable dust cover for cans or bottles, a spacer for short cans, and a lifter to get the can out from its low nest.

Almost everything is out of reclaimed red oak with either Danish oil or spray-on poly for the areas that might get wet.

Wow that is a tasty and useful swap. The quote randomizer is genius.

Nice goofiness, Mike! And neither is an idea I’ve seen before, so well done!

I love the gifts. New and inventive, sadly a virtue I seem to lack. Looks like a mix of brews, probably too IPA heavy for my tastes, but ehhh, such are the differences in palate. The Wife and I laughed at the quotes, some were zingers.

Great job Mike. Goffyness done well.

Love this package Mike. Definitely one of the most creative packages we’ve had and that bar is pretty high! I love the quote wheel. I can see lots of fun applications for something like that. Maybe one for my desk at work? I’d just print “F-off and leave me alone” on it twelve times though ;-p And the height adjustable dust cover is actually something I would use regularly in my shop. Whenever I’m making dust in there, I take a scrap of wood and blast it with compressed air and lay it on top of my beer glass or coffee mug. A purpose-built one would be a step up at least. Thanks for joining up this year and for putting so much thought and effort into it!
