Ok this tool handle was made for my nova chuck that goes on my lathe. If anybody has the nova chuck that does’nt have the single locking key like the new ones knows the two bars they give you are to short to get any leverage on to lock your work piece down. So i decided ill just make a tool handle to give them a little length for leverage. The first pic shows the original bar they send you and the modified one with the wooden handle.

That’s a really good idea! I bet it’s way easier (and more comfortable on the hands) to use now that you can get more leverage on it, plus with a handle on it, it’ll be much harder to misplace (or to have roll away on you) then just the bar alone.
