This is a table I made for husband and wife firefighter friends of mine. It is live edge walnut milled and dried by me made from 4 slabs. Dimensions are 42” x 60” and 1 3/4” thick. The legs are about 3 1/4”x 3 1/4” Douglas fir purchased from Menards. The top has 5 coats of oil based poly. I primed the legs and they will paint them white. The leg base is made with joints that are let in about 7/8” and and glued and bolted. Bolt head holes are plugged.

Top looks slippery smooth.
Well done.

That is sweet Bill, and better yet that you milled and dried yourself!
