This is a bartop arcade cabinet that is made mostly from walnut plywood. With a fully functioning arcade system that runs off of a raspberry pi computer and features hundreds of games across many platforms. The cabinet is based off of the old Pong arcade cabinet. I used The Wood Whispers plans found on YouTube as a starting point for this cabinet and modified his plans into this.

Nice!! I am about to build two of these (similar) for Christmas presents. What monitor did you use? I have two 15” LCDs circa 2008 I am planning to use. May change my mind. I am installing a JAMMA board with Galaga + 99 other games.

Also, how did you laminate the veneer? Is it a wood veneer?

What are you using for the emulator on the Pi?

-- No honey, that's not new, I've had that forever......
