My granddaughter saw a few of my last antique cars I built, so she asked if I’d make her one. So searching some pictures, I came up with this 1930 Packard. I use mainly used Aspire to model it with a little help using Rhino. Wood is poplar, walnut and padauk.

Here are a few closeups. The wheel would of turned out better if I used a smaller bit but the smallest I had was a 1mm.!

Hi Gary Cool little car .. I like the wood mix as well :) When my dad was alive one of his prized posessions was a 1948 Cadillac convertible that he restored. I have often thought about trying to make a wood model of one but havent had any luck at finding a pattern. Would you have any suggestions for me in that area? thanks Rick

Rick, I play around with a bunch of different software programs so I draw a lot of my own based from pictures. One really cool car I did was from https://dutchypatterns.com , whose a member of LJ. You can see my post: https://www.lumberjocks.com/projects/419519 There’s also a lot of models you can find on the internet. I typed 1948 Cadillac 3D model and came up with a lot of different sites for downloads.
