Family is coming to visit, I just need a couple things…..

So we painted the bathroom, cabinets, and got rid of the unsightly living room end tables. That’s when the request came, “Can you cut the big bath mirror into 2 smaller ones, and make nice frames for them… I also need 2 end tables for the living room and a night stand for the guest room!”

At least she had a couple pictures of sort of what she wanted.

All items were made from big box store pine, 2×10 and 1×10, bases were spray painted per my better half’s instructions. All in all I am reasonably happy with the tables and mirror frames, but I hate to rush.

Thanks for looking.

Cutting the mirror glass in half must have been “interesting” – my attempts at glass cutting have always resulted in, well . . . replacement.

I really like the dark stain on white. wood grain shows through…....really pops.
Well done.

Actually the mirror cutting was easy, watched a couple YouTube videos and presto. I was a bit concerned as the mirror was a 1/4 inch thick, but no breakages.

Thanks for looking.
