Project Information

This project was a revisit of a failure I had last year. Yeah I know, it took me this long to revisit the project? Well yes. Recently a local woodturner's club suggested a challenge for the month of May to turn a platter without a worm screw, face plate or glue block and it rekindled that failure from last year.

Here's this weeks video: Cheese Platter

Thanks

Very nice. What kind of wood?

- BaritoneWoods
Sorry about that. I mentioned it in the video, but not the description above. The wood is Jatoba. :)

Thanks

Nice looking piece, makes me hungry 8^)

The jatoba is a great choice, nice figure and a great surface for the yummies!

This was the first video of yours I have watched. I enjoyed the fun facts you put up. I will have to watch some more to see those bloopers!

It is a very nice charcuterie board :)

Charcuterie board! That's what it's called! Thanks… warning not all (but most) have outtakes/bloopers.
