Yes, I’ve had it sitting around for awhile and thought I’d get around to it. Not a fan of the inlay on the lid but it’ll be easily replaceable once I get better at it.

That is some fine looking wood (and a fine box!)

I like the single piece lid! (saves a goodly sized chunk for another project 8^)

Outstanding work. I think the lid is fantastic. I’m a big fan of amboynia burl and it works great with the banding and walnut.

I am too but there’s some undulations in it that I’m not sure what the cause of it was, mostly near the edges. Don’t think it’s the result of the routing job I did at all.
