I made this box for my wife’s 67th birthday. She likes to sit on the couch watching TV in the evening with her stuff all around her so I made a box to organize all that stuff. She may or may not use it, we’ll see? Thanks for taking your time. Cherry-16” X 18” X 3/4” I did burn in her name on one side. Thankfully I didn’t burn the house down.

Looks great! I love organizers and you made this one to last. Nice touch with adding her name on the side.

Looks great Joe. The dovetails are so well made and so are the dividers.

Your cursive is professional looking.

Hey, if your wife doesn’t want to use It know my wife would love something like that. :^)

Nice Fe$tool.

Joe, I think this project is all about showing off some of your Festool collection. The box and insert look great. You do know you are going to have to cut away some of those dividers to make some larger spaces whenever she figures out what she want to put into the box. Did you tell Laura that you also made one of these for your girlfriend? (That ought to get you in trouble!)

I hadn’t noticed the Festool. Funny as I was just hinting to my husband that a Festool sander might make for a great mother’s day gift to me from the pups!

How do you like yours?
