Project Information

My wife wanted a little table to go with the Adirondack chairs I made for her and I. She like this design.
I held off making this for a while because I knew I would be painting it. You know how I just love PAINING! (sad face here) LOL!
I told double DD (Dave) the color that my wife picked out and he said "NO NO NO you need to paint it white to compliment the Red and Blue Adirondack chairs." I convinced Carol that Dave was right and she agreed and now you know the rest of the story!

16" H Top - 13" X 16" . It stays dry on our screened in patio so I just used framing lumber.

Wow…awesome little table Tony…like the little detail work on the top. Not sure what that little nub is called but it's much more interesting than just squared off…

Thanks Buster! The little nubs are just for effect I guess. I copied this table I saw on line because the wife liked it.

Morning Tony. The table compliments the rockers perfectly. The 4 corners give it a little extra flair. I always say if you're gonna paint the best way is when someone else does it.
Do your special magic with the picture and add a little flag on the table and show your colors. LOL

That is a great looking table,Tony, and so well made. I don't like painting projects either unless they are specifically requested.

Thanks Jim!
The best part of painting is when it's all done and the clean up is done like brushes and stuff!
Funny I went out to mow the lawn and some parts of my lawn is white! LOL!

Looks as solid as a good workbench! You weren't planning on some dual purpose shenanigans were you Tony? 8^)

Looks like a comfortable set for relaxing, nice!

As to the painting, I'm with most here, only if requested (make that "Demanded"!). It does have a place however, especially for anything outdoors that may need a hose down on occasion. Also good to let someone else do the painting if not for anything else then the deniability "I didn't do that" 8^)

Thanks splintergroup!
I think I would refuse everyone except for family! I would say I'll build it if you paint it even to family but you know how that goes!

Love the color choice. Thanks to DD on the best color for the tablette. Sounds like our favorite tissue box hider has gotten Covid pressure from the "Honey Do" department of works and services. Ya gotta do what keeps Mama happy.

Happy Spouse Happy House and all that. Nice looking patio set Tony.
