Built a bench for the wife. A bit of a different style then I would have chosen, but I guess it isn’t all about me. All cherry, hand turned every spindle and leg, based it off of a picture on one my wife found online.

Well, you’re an old hand at these benches and chairs. No wonder it looks so good…

Thanks. A couple of years ago I would never have even considered building a chair. When I saw my first Maloof rocker I new I had to make one. Since then it seems like that’s all I do.

thats some mighty fine work,and yeah it’s not always about us,shhhhhh-lol. your right about the maloof style it’s just something you gotta do to really appreciate what he did.

Very nicely done, great job. Some day I have to build a chair or bench. It does remind me of a bench my grandparents had.
