Anniversary Table

My wife and I went to Helen, Georgia for our 5th anniversary 5 yrs ago. I bought 42 BF of Ambrosia Maple nearby on the way home for $2.50 per BF. (I should of bought more!). At the time, we needed a new nook table at our old house. The one we had was really too small for 4 people. We also needed some storage. So I built this table.

When we moved in 2019, I thought we were going to have to get rid of this table, because there is no nook area in this house. My wife suggested we sell our big dining table, and put this one in the dining room. I just had to build a second , larger top for when we needed more space. Done!

Fantastic! I love that Ambrosia Maple. I’ve never used it but would certainly like to try it one day.
