I don’t remember the hippie era but looking at this van, they had some REALLY nice vans

I also love the two tone choice of wood, just right!!!
I never owned a VW van but have a couple bugs and loved them, so smooth down the road and a blast on a dirt road. LOL

Great job FQ... nice contrast on the body… reminds me of my 2 tone combi back in the early 70s.

How’d you do the bumper bar… one piece with a lot of sanding or steam bending with a lot of care?

My recollection was that the Ban the Bomb symbol was the first chick magnet I encountered… yeah, yeah, not condoning, but political correctness was still in the unborn back then.
