This sled is a piece of AA cherry ply with UHMW runners. I used some rockler t-track, an incur fence and the Parf Mk II system to make definitive 45* angles and its perfect. Like PERFECT! I’ve had 5 sled prior to this one.

I’m seeing a solid aluminum fence that doesn’t appear to have a saw cut through it. YET!!!! I would do something about that, generally wood is used for the back fence, so you can saw through it, and many people hang a little box on the back to house the blade, so it doesn’t meet your belly button.

Beside that, hope it stay perfect a long time.

It’s got a paduak block in back now. I was waxing it. Now it’s got a saw kerf in there.

AND I used it just like this to do the frames I posted today as well. Didn’t need to go the whole way.

Nice idea.

I have the Parf system. How did you reference the Parf to the kerf line so that it’s 45/90 to the kerf?

I ran the first ruler in the Mk II system against the blade away from the teeth.
It’s “dead on balls accurate”.
