Simple yet sturdy design. I made this out of spruce to test out the comfort. If it holds up through the year, i plan to make it again out of cedar, once lumber prices even out again.

Looks like that will stand the test of time.
I like the sturdy construction and the hard to see details. I see them…

Looks great. I like the sculpting you did on the legs. Always of fan of chair arms I can park a drink on.

Nice chair.

Try to contact your local fencing co. and see if they will sell/give you scraps. I have raiding privileges on one here and it is amazing sometimes only of course—what is in the dumpster!

It saves them as they have to pay to get rid of it and—I can make many things from the waste, even fire for the camp fire from some of it too.
