High ceilings are an excellent “canvas”. Your build looks of top notch quality, even the pocket screw holes look decorative 8^)
Interesting build order, did you pre-assemble then secure into position or break it down first and install in sections?
Way to go classing it all up!

I preassembled the bulk of it. I installed the crown moulding in the field along with the center panel and sticking.
