Pepper Mill turned from 3” square blank of Zebra Wood, stands 8” tall. Finished with mineral oil.

Fun little project over a few hours, two evenings. I have the next one ordered, a Salt Mill using a Maple blank, a matching set for the house.

Thanks for viewing.

Those are always popular. Heard of a guy that had a three year waiting list, for his grinders. A gift and a curse…

Looks great, nice wood…

Thanks Woodbutcher.

Thanks Jack, currently not taking orders, sorry. But once I get a supply of projects I might start going to craft shows. Supplement income down the road, maybe.

Pretty cool, Eric. I could see that in the hands of the waiter in a real fancy restaurant!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Pottz, and yes it’s ready to grind.

Thanks Peter, yes I like the way that the grain popped. It is nice to see the grains come out while turning.

Thanks Ivan, I like the natural woods to bring out the beauty.

Thanks Jim, I think it found its place on the table. And it would be me as the waiter when I cook a dance dinner at home.

Very nice. I actually prefer peppermills that have non-round tops and bottoms to grab onto, especially when cooking. Wet/damp hands, especially for us ancient ones, make round ones slippery.

Cool pepper mill. Probably the nicest I’ve ever seen. Great grain pattern.

Thanks James, for the comment about the nicest you seen. And I like the way the grain popped out on this one.
