Outside Vessel Sink for a client using padauk

Had built some cabinet doors for the client out of cedar for an outside counter and later they wanted to replace the sink. I had milled some Padauk from a log which I still haven’t built a furniture piece with but had some offcuts so suggested a vessel sink for a focal point in the area. Turned out well I think.

WOW thats awesome!

You should have led with the full sink shot. I thought from the thumbnail photo, it was a shallow sink I would be reviewing.

That is too nice… Now they need to replace the counter top! LOL

Whoa, that wood’s a bit too gorgeous for an outdoor sink, IMHO.

Thanks. It’s hard to use the lumber after you milled it. Sometimes I just like looking at the grain till I get too much and start tripping over it.
