I have been jumping into segmented turning as of late. This bowl is my 4th one in many to come. It is 12 inch diameter made out of Curly Maple. 112 pieces with a floating disc & captive ring bottom. Like the Great Malcom Tibbetts does. That gave me some issues but got through it. My new go to finish is now Yorkshire paste then Mylan Friction polish. I truly love this and will most likely be the only way I finish bowls. I’m just not a fan of the spray finish.
Thx for looking ya’ll.
