First project getting my garage wood shop started, built with pocket screws. Patio side table from Steve Ramsey’s weekend-woodworker course, pine with weird cherry stain, lesson in how hard to get stain even.

Nice job and welcome to Lumberjocks. The more pictures the better. There are some great folks here who will help you if you need it. No disrespect, if that is your real name I bet you heard it all growing up.

Everyone starts some where. I still have a table made over forty years ago that I still use. It’s kind of a Zen piece for me now, very sentimental.

Looks nice and sturdy. Good project..

That was my first project as well and it was a good start for me. I have neglected mine and it will probably rot away this spring. Welcome to LJ’s
