I told y’all I would update you when I finished this bowl. I love how it turned out. Far from perfect technically, but I am happy with it. Hope y’all enjoy!

Thanks! I used mineral oil because it is super easy to put on and doesn’t mess with the natural color but doesn’t make it pop. It’s also food safe which was important.

Very nice love the patterns of the wood. Never knew Bradford Pear looked that good. Have one in my yard, may have to harvest it. Well it is to small.

So this particular tree had a fungus growing on it that I believe caused this wood figure.
