Had plans for a few years from Family Handyman. The spalted maple came from the first tree I peeled on my property. Planked on a Grizzly bandsaw with a homemade sled. It’s the first piece of furniture I’ve ever made.

Really nice, with the spalting, live edge carried around the front edges. Home sawn planks are a real bonus.

that spalted maple is outrageous and youve got a nice simple design that lets the wood be the star.for your first ever piece of furniture id say you hit a home run,nice work.
