Endgrain Cutting Board

I made this cutting board in my 9th-grade shop class. I used cherry and mahogany. First, we grabbed stripes of wood and glued them together. Then we cut the glued strips into strips the other way. Next, we cut in handles on the sides using a routing table, I also used a hand router to round over the edges of the board finally I used mineral oil to oil my board.

Accurate cuts, and a nice glue up will get you tight looking boards like that. Nice work.
