This is a coaster set I made recently to use some scrap wood. The coaster holder is walnut, the coasters are a variety of woods.

I’m not into making breadboards, but I may borrow this idea for using up some scraps.

I used my router table and a spiral bit to make the slots in the holder and then used a chisel to square the ends of the slots.
