Coffee Table For my daughter

Another nice chunk of maple I’ve been sitting on for quite a while. That first table I made kind of inspired this next one. My daughter loved it so what else could I do but merry Christmas it to her.

I really like the organic shape you give to the floor base. The curves and slope makes it blend nicely with the upright.

How are you joining the base to the upright?

Thanks folks!! Swirt, The base is attached with lag bolts. The top is epoxied in with dowels. That’s how most my tables are attached.

Your use of the wood for the top, middle and bottom is top rate. You are able to make the different pieces blend with each other to make a one of a kind piece. Excellent job !!! Mel
