Tired of trying to clamp my projects to the edges of my layout table, I looked into how I could make things better. I soon learned of the wonderful world of T-track. The original design of my table came from a Lowe’s woodwork magazine many years ago. The table is designed to have a replaceable 1/4” Masonite work surface. This made it easy to laminate a 3/4” full sheet of melamine to the MDF sub table. Some router work and some 3/4” cherry trim it was ready for the T-track. Actually it was a fairly easy task cutting and screwing down the track. I’ve started using it now on a couple of little things and I’m thrilled with it.

Nicely designed and it looks like you made use of all the storage space it provides.
I wish I had an assembly area like that, of course it would be buried under “stuff” in about a weeks 8^)
