This is one of those crazy projects that is very simple to make, and sells like hotcakes. Unfortunately, I introduced it about a month before covid hit, and it died a quick death.
I gave a couple away, and did sell a few, but nothing like I thought it would.
The secret is this: Standard cutting board formation, with the “neck” of the bottle rounded on all four sides to act as a handle. The cheese cutter is installed on the opposite end as shown, so you can “present” the cheese to your party members as you flow around the room.
Well, with covid, there was not a lot of room flowing, and with my gallery shutting down, I ended up with a few in stock, never sold.
Still, I thought it was a good idea!
Copy it if you want, maybe you will have better luck than me!
Overall dimensions match that of a 1.5liter wine bottle, with a standard cheese cutter from Cheese Slicing, LLC, on the internet, installed.
Thanks for looking!
