Stand for two dog bowls – made of 20mm firwood, dimensions 60×27x15cm. Sides and top were joined with 6mm dovels. Finish : walnut oil based coating and non glossy spray laquer. I cut letters on scrollsaw – 3mm beech plywood, spray coloured and stapled to the side panel. Bowl holes I cut with jigsaw and sanded on oscilating spindle sander.

Nothing like making a dog think about which to choose from for his next meal…. better than my leg!

Dog has to eat. Agree with Duck, better dog food, than my leg.
Our old dogs would knock all the food out of the bowl with the first chomp. It got so I would just shake the sack out over the grass, easier, and they got that much needed salad bar in their diet.

Fine looking dog dish. At least it will never tip over. My last dog would knock the bowl all over the place. Even before there was food in it. Haha

Now that’s a bloody good idea trSN... I believe dogs don’t defecate where they eat and it’s a great way to keep shite off your grass specially with the shortage of dunny paper.
Hell, I’d take him 10 pin bowling.
