The inspiration for this project was the many beautiful waterfall tables I have seen. The “slab” is actually four carefully chosen and matched boards. I cut the miter originally with my track saw but the results were not quite good enough so I tuned the miter on the table saw. The walnut leg is joined with box joints. Finidsh is 5 coats of Armor-Seal + BriWax. I am very happy with the result and my wife likes it so I call it a success.

Very nice, wonderful grain match on the waterfall side.

Lovely! Really like the entire look. The walnut leg is a nice contrast with the maple.

NIce construction over all. Bonus points for making a faux slab look so slab-like.
