Ambrosia surprise!

While turning this project I was surprised to find curly maple interior.

This was the biggest fruit bowl I have ever turned and it turned out fantastic.

that came out beautiful,love your videos and the inspiration your giving me.just roughed out my first bowl blank yesterday.thanks for sharing your work.

Nice bowl. Here in SW Ohio most of the soft maple has some Ambrosia beetle tracks, and at least a third of that has some curl. The pair is nice to see.
