Made this stepstool in shop class in Wahoo,Nebraska
I used Mahogany wood.
I used a CNC router to engraved my name.
I used an Oil-based Red Mahogany stain and a water-based polyacrylic over the top.

Your Step Stool Looks great. I remember making one when my oldest daughter had a pair of twins and I made a stool for them.

Be proud of your stool and welcome to the “World of Woodworking”. I’ve been doing it for about 60 years.

Mahogony can be tough to finish but you pulled it off and did a great job at it!

Fine job matching the boards on the top. Nice bench.
