I made this step stool in my high school shop class. I used walnut for the wood. My CNC design is a Nike swoosh with the word Nike on the swoosh. We used a biscuit joint to put the top and sides together, and used pocket holes to put every piece together. For a finish, we used a Water-based finish with polyacrylic Gloss.

Your Step Stool Looks great. I remember making one when my oldest daughter had a pair of twins and I made a stool for them.

Be proud of your stool and welcome to the “World of Woodworking”. I’ve been doing it for about 60 years.

Very nice looking stool. Like the light wood on the ends. Hope you get an A+ for the class. Good workmanship.
