This table is Greene & Greene style. I will also post the chairs which is my own version of Darrell Peart’s Fremont Chair. The table is designed to match the chairs using the same design.
The wood is Sapele and ebony.

The inlay was done on my cnc. Then crushed mother of pearl in resin.

The finish is General Finishes Dye Stain (cinnamon) and General finishes Arm-r-seal satin. I find the tone of the wood varies to much to not use a dye, unless you are lucky enough to get one tree, for furniture the color needs to be constant. I have done a few projects and not used dye and I don’t like the tone changes. If done symmetrically it can look good, but some applications like breadboards and a chair, I want consistency.
