Tool tote from leftover barn wood. Glued and 16d nails. Finished with Briwax. Briwax helps make the cut edges/ ends look the same color as the uncut edges/ ends.

Thanks. Dave . I lighted rubbed in some ebony briwax on the edges first to darken them. Then I waxed the whole tote with clear.

Simple and utilitarian, great combo. It will bring a smile everytime you use it.
Great job at making the cut edges look old and weathered. Thanks for the tip.

Looks good. However my wife would turn it into a planter box.
