Kitchen Island Cutting Board and Cabinet

The top is lamented oak that was recycled from a cigarette factory and was used for blending tobacco. The rest of the cabinet is red oak that came off of the family farm. There was supposed to be a drop leaf on the right side facing the cabinet doors but I got happy with the router when I was rounding the edges. I added a paper towel holder on the other side close to the waste bin.
