Welcome sign with lantern. Base is pine, post is douglas fir and feet are reclaimed cedar. Top edges of base are routered to round over. Overall height is around 40”. (Post is a 36” 4×4, base is a 10”x7” on top of a 11”x10” pine, all non-treated) All finished with a zinsser primer and top coated with an outdoor satin black paint. Wrapped in real grape vines. Welcome sign is reclaimed white cedar with “welcome” word hand burnt into wood using a soldering iron! Sign itself is finish coated with spar urethane. Hook is from Hobby Lobby. Lantern is a three way, on-off-timer. Have made several of these this Fall and they have been selling easily.

Great project, thanks for sharing.
Just a thought, change out the sign for the Holiday throughout the year.

Very nice. Where do you get the lantern from?
