I agree that the rabbet joints came out well.

Two comments: 1) I don’t have any idea what a Stanley 888 toolbox is or what it looks like. It would be helpful to see what you are trying to make; and 2) You might consider turning this build into a blog versus individual forum posts. It is easier to follow the progress since all the entries are in one place, and are connected to each other.

Good point(s) Don.

It’s probably simple, but how do you do that? Turn it into a blog?

I don’t know if there’s a “right” way, but I would create a new blog, copy the text and pictures from your project post, and paste them into the first blog entry. Once the first entry is created, I would do the same with the second project post. There may be a better, easier and simpler way, but that’s what I would do.

Best wishes.

the box came out nice but i agree you should have put all 3 projects together as one,the first two wern’t finished projects.you can add as many pic’s on a project as you want your not limited to just the six, when your entering your comments just click on img and you can add all you want.

Here hopefully is a link to a picture of a Stanley No. 888 toolbox from Jim Bode Tools as found on Pinterest:

Hope that helps but I don’t know if it is what PourWhiskey had in mind.

Congratulations on being the first Blog to snare a DT3
