I built this simple little mobile base for a Craftsman 10” Bandsaw I picked to dedicate to scroll work so I didn’t have to constantly change blades and so I could build a stand to get the table higher than my 14”. It is built from some 8/4 Birch blanks I had laying around, 2” urethane rigid casters, levelers I never used from a Kreg router table and lifting mechanism is from those sets of workbench casters. Today I’ll be building a little “cabinet” that will basically be just a box that I will fill with sand to keep it from being top heavy and more stable when in use.
