Leopardwood & Curly Maple Jewelry Box

Beautiful box Tom!
The two woods really compliment each other. The lid and the trays are great features. One question, what is the maple tray lined with? Curly maple? It has a really striking look to it but it is also laminated?

Thanks, Jon I am kind of new at the Box making spend more time fixing mistakes it seems. The tray is lined with a cork fabric I got at Joann’s. It cuts easy and you can use wood glue to bond it to the wood. I did glue a strip of Curly maple to the Leopardwood before I started it

Nice work. Love the wood, and that cork inside the tray is pretty neat. A lot nicer look than shake a flox stuff.
