Project Information

Tool cabinet, made mostly of yellowpine (frame and shelves), maple (main door panels) and some plywood (inner doors).
Sides and top/bottom are dovetailed together. Door knobs are in wengé. Storage space on the backside of the main doors, on the front and back sides of the "secondary" doors and in the smaller "secondary" cabinet inside. Seven drawers (with box joints) for smaller items and a separate tilted shelve for handplanes. Hung onto the wall using French cleats. Dimensions: H 130 cm; W 100cm; D 35 cm.
I have been using this for the past 5 years and am very satisfied with it, finally my handtools are no longer all over the place.

Beautiful cabinet. I really like the added touch of the label holders for the drawers.

That is one neat cabinet Bern... Love it…

Thought off the topic, I love your collection of planes… There's noting I hate more than people hoarding and refurbishing the same model of planes and deplenishing availability, making other enthusiasts (I'm not one) miss out.
