Another Case i built for a friend of mine who served 8 year US Army. The case is walnut, with 1/4 in plate glass throughout. The flag was flown over the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor, HI. I used a 3×5 flag for this and again wrapped it around a form and inserted. This case is 35 inches high.

Beautiful! What dimensions does the 3×5 end up at when folded? I am in the planning stages of making a display for my grandfather’s WW2 mementos and am thinking of including a flag with it, so I am curious how big the 3×5 folds up to.
