The pattern is from Judy Gale Roberts (about 225 pieces) and the plans can be ordered from her website. The frame is about 35”x16”. I used cherry, walnut, a little ebony on the lips and the eye, pine, and if you look close, there is a piece of Osage orange in front of the eye. In full disclosure, I cheated on the pine and used some white stain. Hopefully the Intarsia Gods will find it in their hearts to forgive me, but for the life of me, I couldn’t find any white wood. I’ve done several of Judy’s patterns, but this one was my favorite, to date.

Great piece and nicely done!
The way it disappears into the background and leaps out of the frame is fantastic.
Well Done!

I too enjoy how it looks like it is walking right on/out of the frame.
Well done.
