My friends wife did not like the ugly metal gun safe in her newly renovated bedroom.
So she found this solution to cover it and asked me to build it.
After painting and putting it over the safe her grandson fastened it to the wall so the drawer would not pull it over when opening.
She didn’t ask for the concealed drawer but it made a simple little pocket screw project somewhat more interesting to make.
I don’t have the pictures of the finished painted version.

Since this is covering a metal gun safe, you have my approval to give this to her.
The “concealed” drawer was a bad decision on your part unless she promises to only keep underwear in it.

I like the concealed drawer. Maybe I’m just not larcenous enough, but I kept saying WHAT DRAWER?????

I did the same hidden drawer, I added a “tot lock” that can be opened with a maglock magnet.
