Turned rings

This is my first shot at turning rings. They are made from scrap hardwoods. Purple Heart Orangewood Mahogany Walnut and Maple. I first drilled a hole in the wood blank that was glued up scrap pieces. Then I fitted the ring onto a jam Chuck. Turned it to shape sanded it and finished it with wax. It was a pretty easy process and I am satisfied with the result I got for the first shot
