I made a similar scratcher for my cats last year which they seemed to enjoy so decided to make another. Thanks for looking.

NeatJR.

I can understand how the cat can use a normal scratcher,

however, how does it get your gizmo onto it’s back?

My question too LBD! 8^)

That in-use picture makes me think the dogs can enjoy this as well as it would be gentler on the old bung hole versus using the sidewalk.

Clever work JR!

... using the sidewalk.

It’s that dog’s use of the sidewalk that has swung me towards cats… though it’s not the dog’s fault, but that mongrel on the end of the lead.

Thanks Jim.

LBD and splintergroup, thanks for the laugh! I completely agree.

I have three of these little rats running around and taking claim to whatever we bring new into the house. As soon as they finish scratching it, they’ll immediately sit on them. Funny stuff..thanks
